It is recommended to arrive by or before Monday, April 15th and depart Thursday, April 18th. All reservations will be based on these dates. If you wish to extend or shorten your stay, your request must be reserved on the reservation portal on the following screen.  Any extra dates reserved will be your financial responsibility but will be at our discounted group rate.  NOTE: ROOM RESERVATIONS ARE ON NEXT PAGE AND ARE REQUIRED OF ALL ATTENDEES.
